So how did Chunk come about? Well as the story goes, a group of friends were in their local pub, seriously now, and one of them had just bought a Ford Capri. So enthused by their new purchase, they bought along with them a Ford Capri Haynes manual to show off their new purchase. Then someone said, “wouldn’t that look great on a t shirt.”

Chunk was formed in 2000 and was quickly noticed by the leading companies like Harvey Nichols, The Dispensary and Richmond Classics. Chunk base their t shirt designs on iconic images and adapt them to put them in different contexts, to make them clever or funny or quirky. They wanted the clothing to be detailed and well thought out and wanted Chunk to bring clever design and fun together.

The end result? A highly funky, fashionable range of tshirts which have a huge following. Here are some of the recent designs that have made Chunk so popular and fashionable today.
